Hello,
Recently I was told Inwas not eating enough.
1200 cals
700-800 cals burnt gym per day not added to dairy
A trainer was nice enough to talk to me changed it to 1500 cals on mfp to lose 1lb week
Carbs 115g. 30%
Protein. 172g. 45%
Fat. 43g. 25%
But I have also been told this ie rubbish should be
125g low gi carbs
50g. Protein
88g. Natural fat
Can anyone hell please. I do weights for 90mins then cardio 30mins 5-6days a week.
Thanks
Wendy

How many calories you should eat, depends on your height, weight, sex, activity level. 1% of your weight is max safe weekly weightloss rate.
Exercise calories are notoriously inflated. Eat back 50%.
45% protein is hilarious. Have you tried it?? 13% protein is unsafe, not to mention "low GI carbs" and "natural fats" is BS - it's carbs and fat, period.
Did it never occur to your to try MFP's default? Or have you used it, why not continue?2
