Its taken me 2 years to loose 65 pds. Just getting tired of being accountable for everything I eat but what else can I do. Jacky

1200 calories, I am getting use to it. Oncein a while I get up to 1240. I have lost 90 punds feel great. Diet and exercise to easy. Took me a year and a half.
