I agree with many others...Dr Oz is a no no and no such thing as negative calories. Maybe some time ago Dr. Oz was legit, but I think the fame and fortune got to him.

I'm in a similar boat as you Kris except I sprained my ankle. I would love to know what you end up doing for exercise.

What is Fitness Blender? I'm sure it's several types of exercises in one but never heard of it.

I realize now that the crutches would get easier as you get used to them and the strength and cardio would not be optimal compared to first using them. I didn't think about my question long term. Thanks for the feedback though.

Not sure about swimming. I may have to look into that once I'm able to move my ankle a bit more. I'll check her out on youtube. Thank you.

The first went well except for the spraining. Today was rough because I can't walk around too much. I'll have to make sure I stay under my calories while I'm taking it easy.

I may have to try that because I'm now on crutches. I can put some weight on the foot, but not much. Thank you for the suggestion.

I'm computerfox82 and I live in the southeastern part of the USA. I have struggled with my weight for quite a few years now. I love to skate, hike, cook, play music, and still water kayak. I'm 33 and ready to start a family this year. Very glad this group exists.

I'm a little late on this challenge but would like to join starting tonight. The late afternoon/early evening snacking is what gets me, so I'll include it with this challenge. I'll allow myself a small snack after dinner if it's within my calorie range.
