When i did low carb (ideal protein) I had quick success as well, i think i lost like 30 lbs in 4 months and as soon as i added carbs back it's like i made up for lost time and gained weight back. I looovvveee bread. I started buying weight watchers bread since it is 1/2 the cals than the usual bread i buy. I don't feel deprived, and its still nothing crazy for calories. and as for pasta/rice, i still eat it, just in a smaller serving than i used to. mama needs her carbs :)

I usually pre-track my meals, as i make my breakfast and lunch the night before work and on weekend i have such a hard time remembering what i've eaten afterwards. i find that pretracking is super beneficial for me. I do overnight oats... .5 cup of oats .5 unsweetened almond milk sprinkled with cinnamon leave overnight and then I mix with 2 tbsp. sugar free syrup in the morning. sometimes I add banana. soooooooooo good

1. Track my food intake 2. Drink my 3 bottles of water (I use a refillable) - yes! 3. get in 30 mins of exercise - yes - I got in 1h 20 mins! I did my TOPS initial weigh in and I am at 164.2, my first weigh in in a couple of weeks and 3 lbs lower than I thought it would be, yay!

I will start my own on Wednesday, when I join tops ;) my goals for the 30 days will be: -move my body 30 minutes a day -track my intake -8000-10000 steps a day Those seem reasonable for me :)
