I've done the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. I had great results. I love Jillian. Next week I'm starting the Killer Abs.

I'm only a single D however what worked for me was wearing any comfortable sports bra and then wearing an under armor shirt over that. It helped me when I would do jumping exercises cause the underarmor shirt helped keep everything in place and its breathable fabric helped when I would sweat.
