Anyone doing the program or have done it? What are your results? I am on weeks 3 and 4 and its so brutal. I thought weeks 1 and 2 weren't as terrible but now I miss them...lol.

Just started 30 day shred. What's the difference in the two? My legs are super sore after these two days of doing the workout:( Glad to know it's working tho;P0

Unfortunately, I don't have a before and after picture of my Bodyshred results exclusively, but I will say that I feel like I have seen great results since before Bodyshred the pair of size 4 pants I bought were a little too snug, but since I have started the second round of the program, they now actually fit and I will be able to wear them when school starts back up in the fall.
I do have pictures I can share, but like I said, it, they are not exclusive to Bodyshred, but the difference between the first and third picture is huge and thanks, in part to Bodyshred, in my opinion.
Between picture one and picture two, I completed one round of Insanity, one round of T25 and half a round of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Between picture two and three, I completed another round of Insanity, another round of T25 and 1 1/2 rounds of Bodyshred (currently going through my second round) I also completed other Jillian DVDs as well. Honestly, I feel that Bodyshred has led to the most changes in my body. It is a hard program, but I have found that I am more toned and more in shape than I was before.tiffanifair wrote: »Just started 30 day shred. What's the difference in the two? Bodyshred is a lot harder than 30 day shred. It is totally doable (and you get great results), but it seriously kicks your butt!0 -
I'm doing her beginners shred atm. But I hope to start the 30 day and kickboxing one next. I've never heard of the body shred, but I'm definitely interested in trying that one as well.1

I've done the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. I had great results. I love Jillian. Next week I'm starting the Killer Abs.1

I love jillian. I just find it so hard to do it every single day consecutively. I know its only 20 minutes but everyday is tough. I know the 30 day shred off by heart now. What do you think i should move onto next? Anyone done the 6 weeks abs (i think thats the name)?0

What i would say about it is it is great for your arms and legs and really tones them up. However I dont think there is enough ab work to see ab results and in terms of cardio fitness because the workout is only a few minutes of cardio i would suggest adding cardio on top of doing jillian e.g. running, swimming, biking.
What weights are you girlies using to do jillian? I started with the 1.1kg...too light?0 -
B_dani- I did 6 week abs but I saw better results with Killer Abs. Its all personal preference. I currently use 3,6,8 lbs weights doing Jillian.
Sarabeth- oh my goodness you have amazing results! I am currently subbing Turbo Fire on the cardio days doing Bodyshred since cardio 1 seems too easy after doing body revolution2 -
Ive been doing her No More Trouble Zones since February. Love her vids they kick my *kitten*. Havent tried body shred yet though.0

I started with 3 lbs (1.3 kg) and now I can do most moves with 8 lbs (3.6 kg). I can do some moves with 10lbs (4.5 kg). Definitely start with what you feel like you can handle and then work your way up. I sometimes find that I can do a certain amount of reps of a move with a heavier weight, but then I have to switch to a lighter weight to finish.Sarabeth- oh my goodness you have amazing results!
Thank you! Like I said, I've done other programs, but I think most of the results are from Jillian Michaels. I actually am starting to see my abs which I never saw with the other programs I completed (Insanity, Insanity Max 30 and T25)

I guess bodyshred is not on youtube yet...I'll have to stick with my 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Yoga inferno, and the others that are free online(6 weeks 6pack, kickboxing, yoga meltdown).0
