Thanks I try n eliminate bad stuff but I can't completely. My husband is not on a diet. Frequently he eats ice cream. I told him not to buy the big gallons only buy individual when he is gonna eat it. I went for a walk today when l wanted to binge. It was rough. I hate l am addicted to food.

Everything looks amazing! l have been low carbing. It's hard to keep the fat intake down at the same time.

I take 500 mg metformin twice a day with 2.5 of glybiride two times. They go together. I am on high protien. Low carb. The balance is tough. 20lbs in two months l think us pretty quick.

Even healthy snacks like hummus high in fat and carbs ugh. Such a catch 22 with a lot of these foods. What are some of yalls favorite foods? Low carb that is lol

I have lost 20lbs so far low carbing 3 days a week of walking. Two times a day in ten minute increments.

I understand the struggle. I have ten years on you and diabetic. Trying to lose 100lbs. I have lost 20 so far. It's so hard but l am newly married and want to stay around to enjoy a life with my husband.
