I am a diabetic my starting weight was 275lbs and l am down to 255lbs. I am on a low carb diet due to diabetes. I am trying to kick these pills for good. Would love to have a friend in this journey to lose 100lbs.
Does anyone else find it so terribly hard to keep your diet on the weekends. Too much time on my hands and all my favorite foods. Any ideas on some low calorie snacks l can keep handy so l don't fall off the wagon so to speak?
