I do the 16:8 when I can. It's just that flipping from nights to days. The first night shift I'm up at a normal hour then go into work for 12 hours so I'm basically up for 24 hours. I think I'm choosing to eat that way because it fits with my work because I'm stuck in a car for 12 hours and I'm alway busy. There's also a lot of benefits to it so I'm just trying to make it work or see if anyone has a way they do it while switching back and fourth on shift work.
