bone size can be determined by the wrist. Some are smaller and some are larger boned.

I only had fruit again today, blueberries. I have felt great since we started this challenge.

That makes sense. My favorite salad dressings are loaded with sodium. I haven't made any that taste nearly as good, but I'll keep trying.

Insulin resistance can cause weight gain. Almost every food turns to sugar, so yes, it can.

Anyone have ideas for drinking more water? I'm trying to limit processed foods and sodium, so I am not very thirsty.

No processed food and my sodium levels are really low. BUT, not thirsty and not drinking much water.

My biggest problem is how I reward myself after work with food. And then I keep eating until bedtime. Since the time change it is dark outside, so I can't go outside for a walk, etc. I am full of excuses.
