  • I alternate between oats and sultana bran. Lots of great ideas in this thread, I'll have to try choc chips next time. I use quick oats with water and mix banana, strawberry, and rice malt syrup into mine.

  • I had this exact issue with my right hip and a physio helped me. She set me up with a set of gentle exercises, and it's been a couple months now and I no longer have pain and clicking in that area.
  • Sounds like he's working off outdated information. He needs to catch up if he wants to continue in his career.
  • I know three people who used it, lost weight, then gained the weight back once they stopped. Unless you plan to stay on it for life then save your cash.

  • You don't have to completely flip your life upside down, just aim for small sustainable changes and habits. You don't have to give up all the foods you enjoy either. Know that you can still enjoy them but work on doing so in moderation and in line with your calorie and fitness goals. Good luck on your journey :)
