Brush my teeth. Drink some water. Take my dog for a walk. Clean something. Mostly those cravings are mental (for me, at least) not true hunger. If the craving doesn't go away, or I feel the beginning of a headache coming on, I eat some veggies. Celery or cucumber.

If you like nuts, KIND bars are great. Not sure if you can get them everywhere though. They are at my local TARGET.

Steak and eggs, with fresh salsa. Avocado wrapped bacon, topped with cinnamon. Bananas and strawberries, if you're on the go.

Water. Sometimes with lemon, sometimes without. I was also a HUGE soda drinker (three, four, or more EVERY DAY). I saw about 15lbs come off from just not drinking soda. I still have cravings...and I can still drink Coca Cola with Crown Royal Whiskey. But other than those occasional drinks, I stick to water.
