Lesa, get off sweets for one thing, they are a killer. I just started on this site today. Follow on this site, your daily routine. About 1200 to 1500 calories. Look for recipes, most fruits are good, baby carrots for a snack. I am wishing you all the best.

Well girls, I am just the opposite, my wife of the German back ground, likes large portions of food. My Heart Doctor tells me I have to loose 40 to 50 pounds. So I have to tell her only half portions. It is not easily. Please add me as a friend.
