  • Start with basic movements, use lower weights, try to learn and use proper form. When you get used to them, try learning alternative variants and vary them - one week bench with barbell, next with dumbbels, vary normal with front and zercher squat, etc.

  • I do similar thing - I write it down as "Gymnastics, general". Because I do also archery from time to time, I think this site vastly underestimates weight lifting, or overestimates archery energy expenditure for example.
