I'm wanting a sweetener mainly for coffee in the morning. I don't want my coffee to be 160 calories because I add 2tbs of sugar to it.

Celebrate it by having a you day, go to the spa or something get your hair and nails done. Or if that's not what your into to just find something that you love to do that you don't get to do very often and treat yourself.

My boys are 1 1/2 and 4. I won't be going there anytime soon, but we are looking at buying a house in a new town and that's what they have to offer. I have never been to the Y or Anytime Fitness.

Here, here, here pick me! I'm the mother of a 4 yr and a 1 1/2 yr old. I need to lose about 50lbs. I would be very great full to have a strong support group to push me along and I can in turn do the same for others

You may not be eating enough calories to support your workout. Other reasons could be low electrolytes or not enough water. Try drinking Gatorade or propel before and during your workouts.
