I need some references on a good sugar substitute, something other than sweet n low, equal, stevia, and truvia. I know I'm leaving several out that are out there, but I have tried them already and don't care for any of them.
So I have the choice between two options Anytime fitness or YMCA. Now I like that the YMCA is family oriented ( I have two boys) but I also like the flexibility of the hours for anytime fitness? Any suggestions on the two of them?
Anyone want to help hold each other accountable for their diaries? Also, give tips, workout ideas, and recipes.
I'm really wanting to lose the wieght I have put on after having my two boys 3yrs and 6 months old. I go to the gym 3-6 times a week. My biggest problem is my diet. Please add. Me if you want to help each other down the path of fitniss!
