I definitely can relate to your post. I use to love working out a few years ago and now I can't for the life of me get back into it. I've been trying different forms of exercise and nothing is making me want to get back into it. :/

I cook everything in the crockpot. Vegetarian meals, gluten free meals. Anything. Soups, meats, veggies, pastas. Do you have pinterest? Just search crockpot recipes and there are a lot of recipes without meat!

I do 1/2 cup oats in water, then add a tiny handful of dried cranberries, 1/2 banana, and 1 small scoop of any type of nut butter.... so good!
