So butter in my coffee sounds intriguing to me, ever since I saw it on my diet is better than your diet. I haven't tried it. But I was curious, I use heavy cream about a teaspoon in the morning in my coffee. It makes it really rich and creamy. Why would one use butter instead of whipping cream? Just curious.

Oh my word you should totally get a cheap little spice grinder. Grinding your own beans in the morning takes just a minute, your house smells heavenly and the coffee is delicious. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Coffee is liquid gold to me :)

Actually I just checked. My carbs have been either 5% or 7% each day. I need to do that keto calculator, for some reason I have a hard time figuring it out. Because it's asking me to select and I don't want to select I want it to tell me lol. Maybe that percentage is too high? I'm not really sure
