Oh my!!! I hopped on the scale as we're a Friday weighing lot and since I started on Monday I am down 1.5lbs! Even after my night out! Maybe it's the dehydration :D :D tomorrow I'll be up 2! Hehe. Doris this morning..... Anyhow. I'm claiming it <runs off to check in new weight doing the gif happy dance>

Good morning my lovely lot! Shy, that gif made me giggle so! Brilliant :D I am a little tender this morning. Far too much wine with my friend last night (but so, so lovely to see her and catch up :) ) I have no idea how to log my meal. It's an independent restaurant. I was thinking of doing a quick add? No idea how many…

Good morning/evening all! Welcome to all who have joined since I last posted :) Had a lovely early morning walk with the dog, the village is so peaceful at that time and the sunrise was beautiful :) made me feel positive for today. Getting the children ready for school now, planning what I will eat today, helps me stay in…

Firstly, thank you for sharing :) I must say, watching a video with the message, what you weigh physically doesn't matter! Why, who you are, what you've achieved and what you believe in matters (But buy our weight loss product because, well, it kinda does matter) is weird you have to admit? It is Nestle after all. The…

Hello! Well done guys on the steps Shy! And the circuit training and walking Gillian! I did rest, much needed, but I made good food choices and was still able to have a little treat so I am pleased. Steps currently at 4525 but won't get much higher now it's getting later, I wish I had the energy to do some marching!…

Welcome LoveOrganicLife and futureMrsM! Sun has just come up here, love how this thread and you guys are focusing me! Alas, it will be a rubbish day for steps as I am going to stay home today. So rare for me as I so rarely get ill but I am ignoring the guilt and looking after myself. I have to start valuing my needs if I…

Steps - 7775. Not trusting the amount of cals burned it gives me on MFP, seem rather a lot! Unusually for me I feel a cold coming on, gah. But now children are in bed, so am I with a lemsip. The calories I've save not feeling hungry this evening can go towards my weekend when I am due to meet an old friend for dinner ;)…

Good evening all! Or is it morning for a lot of you  just about to log my food so far, up to 7415 steps but feeling shattered after a mad few days so probably won't do much more tonight. This is my hard time. Tired, hungry, so easy to pick at the wrong things. Love the marching whilst watching TV! Welcome all old…

Oh that really made me smile! So true about the steps, some days I think 'oh that's not so many but posting it here will spur me on!' Welcome to all joining

Great idea about sharing who we are and why we're here! I'm from the UK. 40 (ish) ;) hoping to lose around 30lbs. Used to be in good shape but last few years, not so much. I recently got a Fitbit so will post my steps too (except on the days I forget to put the buggering thing on!)

I have dabbled before but this is my fresh start. I would love to join the group and really do this.
