My first MFP challenge! Looking forward to conquering our goals together!

My name is Tiffany...Tiff is fine.
I am from Georgia, USA. EST time zone
    My weigh in day Monday
Favorite Exercise: All Cathe workouts..HIiT, Step,
    Kick boxing, and strength training.
Favorite healthy food. Do eggs count? If not spinach
    Struggling areas; occasional stress eating...
Do I want to be a motivator? Probably not good at it.
Goal for the week: try to do a workout a day while also intermittent fasting. Hopeful to result in weight loss and muscle tone.
Goal for challenge: would LOVE to lose 20 but if I could get into the lower 150's. I would be amazed!

I'll try to do side challenge later...

    Go Blue Team!

I just completed my weekly challenge tracking, and I realized I forgot about the "unprocessed food" challenge when eating today! Ah well, tomorrow's a new day!

I just looked. That challenge starts tomorrow. Today was measurements; which I am failing since I can't find a tape measure.

    Hey guys, good morning :)

@starfishwendy it's okay dear :) you're not failing. The main reason behind this measurement challenge is that some of us don't see the scale move as easily as we think. But all of our hard work pays off in inches reduction.

    Okay Team,

Day 2-4 - Focus on cutting processed food. and tell us how you managed to?

So i am seeing that you guys are doing great job at communicating, specially @MargaretLunan.

@MargaretLunan was one of my best "Sticking till the End" member in the previous challenge. She knows how I & these challenges work. So I am appointing her to be the Blue Team's Mentor. You have any thing that's confusing you. Talk to her and me.

Have you guys added all of your team mates?

My biggest problem is how I reward myself after work with food. And then I keep eating until bedtime. Since the time change it is dark outside, so I can't go outside for a walk, etc. I am full of excuses.
