You are doing an awesome job. Thank you for being our motivator.0 -
Thanks to Dr, I have the unprocessed challenge nailed. Lifestyle choice for past 4 weeks. Good luck blue, we can do this!0

Hey guys, good morning
@starfishwendy it's okay dear you're not failing. The main reason behind this measurement challenge is that some of us don't see the scale move as easily as we think. But all of our hard work pays off in inches reduction.
Okay Team,
Day 2-4 - Focus on cutting processed food. and tell us how you managed to?
So i am seeing that you guys are doing great job at communicating, specially @MargaretLunan.
@MargaretLunan was one of my best "Sticking till the End" member in the previous challenge. She knows how I & these challenges work. So I am appointing her to be the Blue Team's Mentor. You have any thing that's confusing you. Talk to her and me.
Have you guys added all of your team mates?

Goal for the week:
Remain conscious of what I am eating, be aware of choices

My biggest problem is how I reward myself after work with food. And then I keep eating until bedtime. Since the time change it is dark outside, so I can't go outside for a walk, etc. I am full of excuses.0
