Hello everyone! It's been a pretty good week. I'm still hoping for nicer weather, but at least we are getting more sun. I've been getting back into the swing of alternating lifting and running days. Some days I just don't feel like lifting, so I'll do extra time on my desk treadmill or walk around our neighborhood a bitβ¦

@SherryRueter I run almost every other day and I have a treadmill that can fit under my standing desk on non-running days :) How about you? Happy April! I am very much ready for warmer weather, but it looks like the PNW will stay overcast and in the low 50's/high 40's for a little bit longer.
