    2/16 173, ate well, no walk. Dr. Appointment, slept long and well.
    2/17 175 ate well, ate late, no exercise, slept long
    2/18 174 ate healthy, no exercise, didn't sleep long
    2/19 172.4 ate mostly healthy, no exercise, slept after 3 am
    2/20 172.4 ate healthy, not enough, no exercise, Tylenol pm. Slept 9 hrs.
    2/21 173.4 fed my soul. It was needed. No exercise. Slept well

    2/22. 173.4 not all healthy, no exercise, bad sleep 😞

    👆🏻love this. I have definitely been cutting back on fat. I read somewhere that the closer you get to goal, less fat is required… So I switched from fatty protein to lower fat protein. Fatty meat & butter are 💯 my weakness! Thank God I don’t have a sweet tooth! I toggle every-other-day 109g / 129g protein. Starting to get it down!
