In life nothing will ever be 100% perfect including calories listed on something. As long as someone stays within a reasonable amount and is accountable to themselves they will eat healthy and/or loose weight.

Dear 50 and fabulous women, I am looking for a few 50 ish my fitness pal friends for shared motivation. Last summer I had surgery on both my feet (bunions ) and am now working to get back in the swing of fitness and healthy eating. My most challenging issues are: desk job, motivation, wine and time. What are yours?

I think if you mean cheat is having a slice or two of pizza for dinner vs chicken and vegetables (as you stated above) I would say yes, do so. Because if you like pizza and you 100% eliminate if from the food you eat you will end up not being successful because you will always be craving what you "can't have." You can…

Hi ladies. I am right with you with back etc pain. I am 52 yo from NJ. I had rt and lt bunion surgery last summer. Now that my feet can walk more miles my back doesn't want to. But I am not giving up! I don't see an add button but i'd love to cheer you all on and be cheered on!
