If you are not careful you can damage the tendons and ligaments in your feet, esp with low arches. If it persists you may want to visit an orthopedic , he can prescribe a custom arch support to be purchased at a good shoe store.

I use a daypack for hikers. It allows lots of room for bulky items and clothes. It also has PLENTY of compartments for organizing personal affects. I strap my shoes to the outside of the bag and keep grocery store bags tucked neatly for wet items. Works for me!

I don't even know what a pescatarian is but I feel you all the same. My problem is not the healthy food, it's how much of it I consume. It seems I am short on self control.
