@theslightedgeforever I liked that connect was kind of like Facebook and that you could see everyone's post and just scroll through them...here everything is so closed off in separate categories and threads and you have to click into each one to read it. I feel like you'd probably miss alot...

YogagirT - I am pretty sure I have had PCOS and/or Metabolic Syndrome for years none of my doctors has done anything to help me with hormones or medications ...all I hear is eat less/excercise more. What kind of help have you received?

Positive attitude. If you think and talk negatively then you bring yourself down and you start to believe those things. Be grstful. Be positive. Think I can or I get instead of I have to. Thank God for the little things as well as the big things.
