Oooo...I get it. whether it’s 1.5 or 2 pounds per week, I’d have to go below 1200 calories, which MFP won’t allow me to do. But that 1 pound a week, it loosened up a bit gives me a bit more.

I started on October 20th with the goal of losing 15 pounds by my birthday, which is December 16th. I started at 170 pounds and am down 3.5 pounds already. I am also very determined to only weigh once a week, on Sunday mornings. I’m upping protein and dropping carbs. I walk a lot, usually 5km per day or more. It’s working…
