oh also i set mine to lightly active... which may or may not be true but i cant really say what im actually burning at work but its working for me!

I'm 5'10 and i started at 238 this time around. I am a massage therapist, walk 5 miles a day on average to and from work and have been losing 2 to 3 pounds on 1670 per day without starving or losing weight too quickly. I would just see how you feel and adjust to where you are comfortable! :)

Yeah I think you should do what makes you happy and not other people. You can't fail at a challenge that your heart was never In in the first place! Figure out what you want and if it's to fit into those outfits for YOU..then you'll be able to stick with it! :)

Sometimes I'm more likely to eat things I shouldn't when I'm tired but I wouldn't say that's the only reason. You should try and remember what motivated you to do this in the first place and get back at it. You can still have what you really enjoy but occasionally.. it's about balance!

My main goal is to lose weight and feel better. I'm young so I don't have any weight related diseases yet but I have heart disease and diabetes in my family so I want to avoid that in future.

Mines open too.. I've seen this in other posts though. Mines mostly vegetarian and not that varied day to day. I've been sticking with what works but anyone is free to add me :)
