I have maintained the original weight loss but I can’t seem to get the motivation to get any more off so I get that. For me it’s cheese lol maybe I should try that low carb thing but I fear I wouldn’t eat anything but cheese :p

The ketogenic diet freaks me out and I don’t have liver or kidney issues but I literally cannot comprehend how it could not harm them long term. I would stick with just a balanced diet honestly!

I recently restarted my weight loss and having gotten to 230 again I find that I can do 1200-1300 calories a day if I’m eating a lot of protein. I find it Alarming how many people are like "don't eat them then it's all about calories in calories out". Vegetables are vital to health! I would second the smoothie suggestion, and slowly wan yourself into it. I prefer exotic vegetables to carrots and peas.. So make sure you try a wide variety, you'll learn to like them…

That said some people have a hard time with certain foods. Pizza might not be a "bad" food but if pizza is my trigger and I eat the entire thing in one evening or into the next day then it sure isn't a good thing. Unless it's once and month and it's "cheat" day. With me it's cheezies, I can't have those things in the house…

I haven't stopped eating out but I never have take out during the weekdays and I eat less if I know I'm going out with friends! It's hard because I used to have beers with friends more sporadically but.. that's alright. It's healthier this way anyway!

I think losing those friends will help you lose weight lol because they are feeding you lies ( probably to sabotage because I don't think they sound that smart otherwise!)

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 160. I'll see what that looks like on me and then tweak it if needed ... I have extremely broad shoulders and hips so going lower might leave me looking strange lol

If you have already list 25 per month using MFP and not polluting your body with whatever is in that drug lol then I would continue. On a serious note.. sometimes these drugs have serious side effects and I would be cautious if you do decide to take it! Personally weight loss drugs freak me out.

I never ate that much but I did eat crap, especially when I first moved out years ago. Mr noodle anyone? That and I never ate breakfast so I was ravenous later..and then ate more fatty carby crap.
