Click on their user name, it will pull up a little profile view. Click the user name again and in the next window will be a little icon with a person and + symbol. This will open a message box to send the request. Happy friending!

Every insanity workout I keep telling myself "I can do anything for 60 sec" "I can do anything for 30sec" it's nice to beat your last numbers on the fit test though
