Just started a P.H.U.L. program this week after doing weeks of circuit training. Excited to see if I can get some gainz!

Meh, I just use my breaks and lunch to walk around and - even without the gym - I get my 10,000 steps per day. No real reason to spend money on something when you can do it for free. That being said, any tool which helps you is great!

Have you tried disconnecting the apps from each other and reconnecting? Sometimes that solves any issues I've had. But in reality, I don't worry about MFP transferring over to FitBit, I just want my exercise, steps, etc. to transfer from FitBit to MFP.

I have had it do both... sometimes it automatically goes down, sometimes it doesn't. I would just go in and redo your goal (even just go in and resave the same goal) and it should adjust.

I'm a geek! Does that count!?

And that is fine! This spartan attitude works for me. I don't ever think "Man, that pizza looks good, I wonder if I can fit that into my calories today" or "Man, we have free cookies today, do I dare have one?" I don't care about food that way anymore. I enjoy what I eat, I just don't eat it to enjoy it... I guess it's…

How to add people: 1) Click on their picture 2) Click on their picture that pops up again 3) Click "Add as a friend" on the PC or the two silhouette guys on the Android app. If you are on an Apple product, throw it away and get something else (teasing, but I am not sure how to add on iPhones if they are different)

I am up between 3:45-4:30 AM depending on what exercise I am doing that day. I don't "break my fast" until around 4:30 PM... people think I am crazy but why eat when I'm not hungry

Click on the photo of the person you want to add, click on the photo that pops up after that and then the "Add as friend" option should be there (either a button, a couple silhouette guys or something else). They make it so much more difficult than it should be, should be an option as soon as you click on someone :)

Something inside me clicked this time around that basically says... "Food is fuel, not a prize, reward or punishment" and it has made things so much easier on me. I eat to survive. I don't necessarily eat to enjoy it. I still sometimes eat delicious things if they fit within my calories, but for the most part I am simply…

Always looking to motivate and support!

Click on their picture, click on the picture that pops up after that. Then (on the app) click the two silhouette guys to add or (on the computer) click "Add as a friend" to add.

Only if it stays low and you have other symptoms such as dizziness, feeling faint, etc. When the doctor saw how low mine was, that was what they asked me... if I felt those things. Since I don't, they weren't worried.

Before January of 2018 (which is when I started making a change) my RHR was 65-69 Now it is 48-49

1) If on the app, click on the name/picture of the person you want to add, click on the name/picture that shows up, then click on the two "silhouette" guys and add them. 2) If on the computer, click on the name/picture of the person you want to add, click on the name/picture that pops up, then click "Add as Friend" to add.

Exercise will subtract calories because they way it works is the NET calories. So if you are supposed to eat 1500 calories, but you exercise and have -600 calories from that, you can now eat 2100 calories for the day. If you look at the image below, I am supposed to eat 2380 calories based on my settings. I have inputted…

Make sure you don't just lift/run and then go home. You need to stretch, cool the muscles down, use a roller, etc. and it can help prevent it. But in general, you will always be sore if you are "doing it right" which is different than pain. If it is actual pain, you're doing something wrong or have another issue you need…

Good luck! 15 pounds in 5-6 weeks is going to be very tough unless you're as big as I am. Don't get too crazy and sabotage yourself, and don't get too frustrated if it doesn't happen. Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss :)

Welcome! Anyone can add me. I am like a once-a-day supporter  But I will do all I can to help. And if you need extra support, just message!
