  • Stop worrying and don't over think! Don't think about weight loss/gaining weight... Drink lots of water and make sure you're not by yourself. Ring a friend...

  • Does tree nut mean you're allergic to almond milk? You can try oat/rice milk - they're lower in calories.
  • I found that exercising help! You can go for a walk, run, join a local club or swim. I joined the gym and I go there 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. Drink more water and have less caffeine. Sleeping earlier will help too. You will start to feel the benefits.
  • I guess recognising this and seeking help is the first step. I know it's a real struggle but you will get through this. I have had this issue too for the past few months where I find myself binging in the evening - eating 5 Kit Kats, 5 caramel wafers and 3 pieces of bread with huge spread of peanut butter.   • I stick to porridge or weetabix for breakfast and use almond milk for lower calories. What I prep for lunch, I will have for dinner so it's similar calories. I have quinoa, small portion of rice or sweet potato with lots of vegetables. Vegetables fill you up and it's low on calories. I will snack on fruits or yogurt too.…
