My steps have declined as the weather has gotten colder and rainy. Still trying for my goal of 10,000 but I'd love to try to hit 12k each day.

Trying now to fend off stress eating! Maybe instead I can replace healthy snacks with the goodies I want to munch on.

Portion control. Smaller plates and smaller meals. i made it through Thanksgiving at my maintain weight which is a victory for me! Now I need to hold on and try to lose the few pounds I'd like before Christmas.
