Do you use Yakon syrup to replace sugar? I've also read about Creatine and have been hesitant to try it. I also do strength training but I do not want to build muscle too quickly underneath my fat because it will probably make me look even bigger. What are your goals with taking Creatine?

For sure! I totally agree that diet and exercise is the key to lose weight but I believe that supplements can assist in the process. Many people assume that just by taking a pill, they will lose weight without changing their current lifestyle.

Think of food as a source of fuel rather than a source of comfort. I brush my teeth right away after dinner and that helps me not to snack at night. I also try to go to bed earlier so I don't get hungry. Give it a try!
