Foam the area out. You most likely have fiber. Built up and it's Rubbing against your muscles causing you discomfort. You can use a foam roller and massage the tissue built up out . Or go see a doctor if it doesn't help .

Definitely run the 1/2. Running is all mental. If you say you can than you will. Walk at the end if you have to but don't give up. Good luck!!

Maybe change up your workout? Your body needs muscle confusion to burn fat. Eat more protein.

I say listen to your body. Aim for the 1.5 but if your body feels good Saturday, run the 2 miles.
