With my first I gained 50 lbs, this time I am 29 weeks along and have only gained 10 thus far, while baby is measuring ahead. I would love to have some friends for encouragement. I'm having trouble keeping focus this last 10 weeks and not deciding to just binge, haha. I have a 2000 cal intake which I will be sustaining…

Cheese, Chocolate, Sushi, Bread, anything fluffy and chewy, mochi, mashed sweet potatoes, soup, tea, coffee, lemonade. Honestly, drinks are my downfall, I would take a sugary drink anytime. Stevia has helped me so much.

Congratulations!! I'm 28 and 20 weeks post partum with my first! Great job on already being lower than your prepregnancy weight! I still am not that far, haha, I'm about 6 lbs away. My baby had to switch to formula at 3 months (|_|) so now I have to just work on a caloric deficit and exercise. Feel free to add me!

I hated the taste of water for a long time, and still do. What I do is set time limits. I have my morning coffee and shake, then from 9-11 I drink one 16oz bottle of water, then again from 1-3, 3-5, and 7-9. In between those times I can drink what I want. It helps me to just set a goal and get it down. Seeing the empty…

This is very true and something I struggle with quite a lot. I often wonder if I am even worth trying to eat healthy and would enjoy making friends to encourage each other on this path. God does command us to live in moderation, and to bind our wounds so I do find it is very important to care for our health and have…

I'm 5' and it is so hard to lose the weight and keep it off since we don't have much wiggle room in calories. I would definitely recommend watching Bakingmadgymaddict on youtube. She has some awesome recipes and tips for meal prepping and logging. She teaches you how to fuel your body with the right foods. I would love to…

I'm 5' tall and 143 after having my baby boy who's 4 months. Ideally I want to be 100 lbs like when I was 19. I'd love to make friends who keep each other accountable.

My why is I don't want diabetes and I'm frankly scared of what will happen if I don't get control of my health now. In September 2015, I decided to change my mindset toward food (Thanks to bakingmadgymaddict) I now see food as a way to fuel my body and not something to feed my emotions. I used to eat so much sweets and…

Hi. I'm so sorry for all that you have been through. I would love to be your friend and support you and help you. I'm a new mom who's 5' and wanting to lose the pregnancy weight, and the weight I had on before, about 50 lbs. I did a lot of study about losing weight before I got pregnant and found out some cool stuff that…

Just tonight I tried to add 4 oz. of pork roast and it told me that it was only 74 calories... Um, I think it'd be a little more than that, wouldn't it?

Yay! I've added all of you. I have 40 bs to lose and am starting today. Family from the holidays left yesterday and there's no junk food in my house. Now to do some meal planning!

I would love to support you. I'm in need of support too and am in much the same boat. I just had my baby boy 11 weeks ago. Before I got pregnant I lost 20 lbs using the 80/20 rule. Actually I only just started exercising when I found out I was pregnant and had lost all the weight. Anyone else can add me too.

Can totally add me. ^-^ Jesus is my Savior!

Basically I was trying to lower my fats from what I used to eat. A normal day for me used to include things like Heavy Whipping Cream in my coffee, lots of cheese, red meats, lots of butter. I have been trying to find good ratios, and one that BodyCal recommended as well as some bloggers was 50% carbs, 25% fats, 25%…

Oops sorry just realized this is for 17-20 year olds. I'm 27, so I understand if you don't want to add me.

I'd love to make friends to keep me accountable. :) I don't have a lot to lose but I definitely am ready to get healthy.

Hello! Congrats on setting goals and getting ready to make a change! I've only just started on my journey but I've picked up a couple tips, and would love to learn more. One, find what works for you. Trying new meal plans of foods you know you hate won't help, so try to find healthy ways to prepare foods you love. Two,…
