My work chair has become a lot harder. I can smell food and odors much better now that I eat cleaner. I thought I had lost my sense of smell. I didn't!

Take it from this newlywed. I got married last September 2016 and I've gained 20lbs since then! I had lost for the wedding and gained more back. Get your butt moving lady! You can do this!

My mini-goal is to not drink soda (Dr. Pepper) during lent. Only has been 3days but I saw the scale actually drop a little. This is huge for me because I'm a Dr. Pepper addict. Surprisingly I'm not craving it either. I'm logging my food and finally exercising. Big progress for me in the past week.

I gave up Dr. Pepper. I'm a slave to that soda. I've lost a couple of pounds just from not drinking it.
