Healing from an episiotomy.

Isn't this an AIP group? Eggs, coffee, pasta? Sigh. Was hoping to have found a supportive group, but after looking around, it hasn't even been active :(

I have had Hashimotos for over 7 years.. was diagnosed with ai disease #2, celiac disease, February of last year. I went gluten free immediately. Now my dr thinks i may have ms. I have put off aip for years because it's daunting. I started last week finally. I'm going through detox and it's awful. It's worse than quitting…

Thanks everyone. I guess I shouldn't pay much mind until after dinner, which I really don't, but if i do exercise for like an hour, I'm curious to see the burn. I'd prefer to not wear both a hrm and fitbit. Patience (i have none) lol

This is what i do as well. I log my exercise so i can look back and see what i did, but log 1 calorie burned on mfp.

www.fitbit.com/user/3QQTJJ Haven't had a fitbit in a while!! Just got my pretty pink charge.

If I had to choose just one thing, never give up my job to be a sahm. I love my kids, but I miss having a career.

While not pcos, I have Hashimotos and celiac, both autoimmune diseases that make weight loss a pita. Also now being tested for MS. Still committed to losing weight. Please add, anyone :)

Decided to quit the soda for good. I need to treat my body better.

Y'all feel free to add me. amylynn3469827@gmail. I need to start wearing it again. Been a while. o:)

I woke sick (darn kids) so nothing too rough in the way of exercise today. My main goals for the challenge are to not go over my calories, take my kickboxing class every time my schedule allows, 30 min. of yoga a day, and to try a Zumba class at least once. I'm not putting myself on a strict goal as far as weight goes…
-
Not sure how to post pictures, but my start weight for this challenge is 176.8.

I started at 228, at 177 now. I'm 5'2, my main goal is to get to 136 right now.

Woo! Thank you :)

Hello! Welcome to MFP, it's a great tool :) Feel free to add me.

I say yes. That's a huge amount of weight. I am barely 5 ft, but I have lost 50 lbs and I dropped 3-4 pant sizes, 2 shirt sizes, gained a lot of muscle as well.

Firstly, because I am tired of hating myself and being fat and disgusting and just accepting it. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's 8 years ago and I have just accepted the weight gain due to it. I just figured it was how things were for me and there's nothing I can do because doctor after doctor, that's what they said.…

I want to commit to doing yoga every day for at least 30 minutes and to take my kickboxing class every time I am able (1x one week 2x the next week due to scheduling). I think for the purpose of this challenge, besides sticking to my calorie goals, I am going to eliminate processed sugars from my diet. I also am stubborn,…
-
Nah, because I've lost 50 lbs doing this. It's tedious to weigh and measure every little thing, but clearly, it's paying off.

When I crash my system by working out too hard :( I forget it's a no no for me (autoimmune diseases) and just because I feel fine doing it and shortly after, that I won't need a week-two to recover. I miss going all out and that feeling after.

I can't wait to see the second half of the program. I'm anxiously excited and dreading, lol
-
I'd love some new friends! :)

Yep. Love.

Hey! I started at 228 (currently 178) and I'm 28. I don't work 9-5, but I am in college, have 4 kids-homeschool two of them. I struggled at first with food portions. I got a food scale and I pre portion snacks ahead of time and it really helps. The food scale is the best tool! Feel free to add me :)
-
I started at 228 lb as my highest non-pregnant weight. Currently 178. Hard to say how long it took, but my fourth baby just turned 5 months old and I was 218 at delivery. Work in progress :)

Hey, I don't have pcos, but i do have Hashimotos and it's extremely difficult to lose with thyroid disease as well. I understand the struggle of health issues impacting weight loss. Feel free to add :)
