Today I did 8500 steps, about 7 sets of 12 squats while babywearing (got him to sleep!), 3 sets of 12 crunches, 3 sets of 30 leg lifts per leg. I feel like there was something else but I cant remember! My arms are so sore so no push ups or vinyasas today..... I tried but I just couldn't do it! Thanks for the encouragement…

Yes I do fruit and natural sugars too! I just found out my almond milk has SUGAR!!!! I am so upset about this!!!

I just like to see everyone on here! I love the idea of being disciplined through out the holidays though because this is when I am most sedentary. I am excited to end this year, my first year as a mom (my son is 1 on the 17!), on a fitness high!

Also I have found vegetarianism (and veganism) to be the easiest way for me to ensure healthy eating. I was never good with healthy choices or portion control so I decided what I needed was to just take options off of my plate.
