Up That Water consumption!

Another very healthy habit that we could all likely do better at is to up our daily water consumption! When I am focused on it, I try to drink 64 ounces of water per day. I find that I do a TON better for the day if I drink about 2 glasses right when I wake up in the morning. It changes the dynamic of my whole day! I love to drink coffee when I wake up, but if I can make sure to have water with breakfast and/or before I drink my coffee, it really helps! I would recommend getting a water bottle and using it to track ounces. It helps when you have a goal!

    Agreed. I do much better with my health and fitness goals - & feel better overall - if I drink enough water. I have a 24 oz thermos that I try to fill 3 times daily.
