THANK you. I was away on a challenge expedition....strangely enough I have lost weight.... good result eh? If my challenge taught me anything it is that with a good team and a lot of digging deep you can achieve your goals.... Go Warriors!

Sorry folks.....i have been away and out of signal/Wi-Fi for a week. I think I will step away from the challenge for April.....things get a bit crazy with work. I will be back though.

Ugh I need to buckle down and get back into It! I have been eating mindlessly for a few days and it can't continue. I have a fairly active weekend planned which I hope will make me feel like getting back into a calorie deficit again.

I simply renamed the sections in my food diary. I have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Drinks and Pudding. I log my cups of tea (including the milk) in the Drinks section. Easy Peasy.

I'm struggling a bit today. I feel really tired and washed out, not ill but tired and lethargic. I gave up trying to weigh and log ingredients into a recipe and just cooked and ate it. Tomorrow is a new day, I hope that with a good rest tonight I will feel more energised tomorrow. 🙂

So I'm back at weighing and tracking my food. Spent an hour at the gym this morning 30 min weights and 30 min cardio. Tomorrow will mostly be spent on the mountain. Today was a good day.
