@AshenMoon also I had to Google OMAD as I wasn't familiar with the term. The first thing I came upon said it's a type of intermittent fasting. I'm going to stick with just doing the 16:8 method for the rest of December (with a couple of cheat days for my birthday and Christmas) and see where that lands me.

@AshenMoon I also like flavored creamer in my coffee but this week I have been doing black coffee with a splash of sugar free 0 calorie flavored syrup. It's not so bad, but I'm sure there will be days I give in and have a little cream.

I tracked well yesterday, but I think my sodium intake was a little too high and I barely drank any water. I also didn't sleep well so today I feel yucky and tired. Trying to struggle through work. I'm about to go take a quick walk around the building to get some steps in.

Steps so far this week. Despite my new desk job, I am trying to stay committed to moving throughout the day. It's been a struggle some days but I am thankful to have motivating people around to remind me I'll feel better after i take a walk. Plus the walk makes me feel better about having a bit of ice cream. 😋

Steps Sunday 6/27 7601 Steps today 6/28 7611 I went a little over my calorie budget today because I had a special dinner with some girlfriends. It could've been way worse though, so I'm okay with it.
