I'm working late tonight. Did a bit of meal prepping this morning, made "egg roll in a bowl" to being to work for dinner. It is so yummy. But I also am having an almost uncontrollable craving for chocolate (thanks mother nature) and I'm currently fighting myself not to get a candy bar from the vending machine.

@conleywoods we have all been there! Don't get down on yourself, especially because that time of the month can cause huge fluctuations in weight. How is your water intake? I find that even if I stay in my calorie budget, I don't lose if I dont drink enough water.

Ladies, I came to brag on myself just a bit. Even though I see the number on the scale going down and my clothes fit looser, it is so easy to look in the mirror and feel like I can't see a difference. Today I did a side by side and was really surprised by how much thinner my face looks.

Actually, I have been terrible about water lately. Yesterday I dont think I even drank 16 oz. Of water all day. So maybe first before lowering my calorie goal I will focus on improving water consumption for a couple of weeks and see how that helps.
