I'm in I need so much motivation..its pathetic. I just tried to do my first Total Gym workout challenge. Quit 22 minutes into it, and just want to go back to bed and sleep for 2 hours. Pls help.

Ok, I'm in 2. I love the LS tapes. I did them several times a week a year ago, and lost 3" in my waist. That was then... Didja know that the public library usually had these tapes available for free? I usually pick up 2-3 at a time and switch off. My success was when I achieved the 3 mile video routine. I can't get my self…

I also admire all of u. I struggle to lose 5# and keep it off. I am registered in a Diabetes Prevention Program at a local hospital. . It is a year long program. Our goal is to lose 7% of our weight. For me that is 13#. I hope I can get encouragement from all of u to help me get there. I am down 3% so far. .

I definitely need this challenge. Montgomery County Maryland has a 100 mile challenge. Walk 1 mile a day for 100 days. That could b an idea for 30 minutes very easily. ...now if I can just do this. I'm in..... never did a challenge w anyone.
