Tracking on vacation was actually easy--- I was eating much better then. Sticking to two big meals a day; I travel with a non drinker so not many margaritas--- back at home--- oy. snacking and mindless eating central.

Colds and feeling run down is hard. Linda is right--some gentle yoga and time to rest is key. I usually eat poorly then-- so I try to make a chai or something that is savory and warm and soothing--like soup.
