Ok so my problem here isn't taste, but texture. Most of the textures literally make me gag. So it's more like hiding that texture so that I can consume them.

So I'm basically a 5 year old when it comes to food. Dislike most veggies and fruits (mostly texture). I drink fruit smoothies for breakfast so recipes for that would be nice. And anything that can hide veggies in it would also be nice.

I've learned to buy most of my fruits frozen: strawberries, oranges, blueberries, etc.

Honestly I can't eat as much if I don't throw in fruits and veggies cause most other foods have more than 40 cals!

I've just noticed that like even with cut down portions of some foods, the calories are way too high to fit into daily consumption. I honestly can barely fit in pretzels to my daily diet!

Well I know weight watchers does 35 points to splurge with a week. I didn't know if there was an equivalent for calorie counting. Thanks for all the help! Anyone else??
