Acid Reflux
Anybody with bad acid reflux have any tips for eating healthy while also reducing acid reflux? I have to eat very small meals, and no acidic fruits. Other than that I'm not sure how to be full without a bad flare up lol

Picky Eaters!
I'm a super picky eater I.E. not a big fan of most fruits and veggies. Cheat days
So I really try to eat healthy for the most part, but I feel like when I restrict myself I just binge on bad foods. I don't want to eat bad stuff every day. How do you deal with this? Do you do a cheat day? I don't want a cheat day to undo my whole week of being healthy. Any advice?

Binging
Ok so I'm getting the feeling that a lot of people eat small amounts of foods they like. So how do you stop yourself from binging on it? I feel like once I take a bite of something I like, I just want to eat it all. I.E. if I had a spoon of ice cream I end up eating half the pint!
