Anyone who has had success losing weight while working a stationary job, if you could send me your meal/workout plans, I would really appreciate it!

My success has been eating what I normally eat because I have a family to feed, I just eat less of it now. Moderation is what I practice now. This is the way I eat and will eat for the rest of my life. No food is bad, just eating too much food is not good and I add a little exercise for health.0

My job (homeschool mom) would be easily stationary if I didn't opt to do some exercising throughout the day: 30 min of lifting at the gym in the early AM, 20min walks or bikerides, some lunges.
For meals, I prefer to weighfood in grams on a food scale, and prefer to watch my macros, aiming for high protein/fat/fiber and low carbs.
I don't like to have a low calorie goal.0 -
Thank you! But if anyone has strict routines that they used for exercising and specific meal plans, I would also appreciate that!(:0
