Thank you all for your comments about IF, I’m doing an 8 hour window from Noon until 8pm. So I have lunch and dinner in that window to get my calories. Hope it shakes some weight loose. ;)

I don’t use my earned calorie through exercise but I had to dip into them today. Let’s hope tomorrow I don’t feel so hungry. First of the Christmas celebrations…
