Yup, as everyone here is saying you need to lower your body fat percentage. Count your calories, start eatting cleaner, and HIT THAT CARDIO! If you want faster results then diet and do lots of cardio to burn off your fat. Best of luck to you.

Ya like some people mentioned above, if you mix your protein with milk instead if water then the calories really jump up. Throw in some peanut butter or Oatmeal and your Definetly getting up there with calories. There are also weight gaining proteins you can use. My favorite is ON's pro complex gainer. Normally I'd vote Kylo Ren but the other 2 movies haven't come out yet. Maybe something happens in the movies where he becomes a very disliked character. Maybe, maybe not, but you never know. But the idea of having all the dark jedi from the movies together would be pretty cool

Just click in the person's username or picture. Once the box with the enlarged picture opens up with the options "send message" and "ignore" just click on their username again in that new box. That will then take you to their profile page where you will see "add friend"
