Actually calorie reduction is the natural out come every time I've done this and it appears to be happening again. The primal coach is very concerned that I've got cortisol issues and that's causing the excess belly fat. We'll see what the blood tests say.

I do usually about once a week from Sunday night to Monday morning after my yoga class. That is I'm doing yoga in a fasted state, seems to work pretty well for me.

Because I calculate my calorie goal for the "active" actively level so eating back my calories would be double counting? That's kind of the point of the discussion at hand.
